TD Technologies is a division of TD Tools that provides technology incubator services for multiple industries including those outside of our day-to-day operational field of Oil & Gas. All of the TD Tools product lines have grown from finding solutions to customer problems and developing those solutions into working tools with field proven results.
OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE...
TECHNOLOGY DESIGN
Assist customer in the conceptual design of the product, including product research and reviewing existing design information, if available.
PRODUCT MODELING
Create 3D Model. Evaluate design through processes that include finite element analysis (FEA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
PROTOTYPING
Manufacture prototypes of product and provide quality assurance and control of manufacturing process.
TESTING
Create testing parameters and goals for the product. Build testing fixtures, perform tests and evaluate.
PATENT DOCUMENTATION
Gather information necessary for mass production. Document progression of product design. Research and generate patent disclosures.
